First attempt at blogging and have to admit to being somewhat nervous!
I follow quite a few blogs myself all of whom are so inspiring, I will add these on when I actually get the hang of things.
I have learned so much from blogging and have so enjoyed sharing everyday events with these wonderful people. I do hope that my blog can be interesting and maybe inspiring to others... we shall have to wait and see.
This is my first attempt at adding a picture and I do hope it works.... The picture is of our gorgeous border collie... Basil :-)

Lovely to hear from you 'Compostwoman' It was a delightful surprise to find I had a comment. Still trying to work my way around setting up the blog and tweaking various bits.... I am not quite satisfied with the layout yet but will enjoy finding my way.
I had a look at your blog which is wonderful and I must say how much we have in common....
I am a avid composter... have several compost bin of various brands and sizes and still not satisfied with that to be honest. I had a go at running a wormery but did not have much success. I try to live as an organic life as I can. Adore organic gardening. I dabble with aromatherapy and would love to become a qualified aromatherapist but at the moment that is only something I can dream of...
I have just finished reading the novel A Breath of Snow and Ashes by Diana Gabaldon. I cannot wait until her next Outlander novel... just love the series. Also we have similar tastes in music.
Like you I adore reading and have a huge collection which I will not part with!!
