This is our other cat Bold. Bold was waiting in the garden for Basil and I to return from our morning walk. As you can see by my little film Bold is really pleased to see Basil... Basil gets on well with both cats. Basil's relationship with Bold is quiet and loving, whereas Bootsie and Basil play together... I will attempt to capture that on film another day, in the meantime I thought you would enjoy Basil's and Bolds special moment.....

I really enjoyed these two video clips of your cats (&dog!)they are so loving towards each other. I have 3 cats & the two boys, Tom & Leo get on fine, but my little girl cat, Daisy looks at them with such an air of superiority, it's very comical at times! I'm new to all this blogging business, so I'm getting lots of inspiration before I have a go myself!

Hi willow, thank you so much for commenting on my blog its so appreciated.
Welcome to blogging. I have not been blogging very long myself and its trial and error at the moment. I urge you to take the plunge and have a go, I am quite sure you will be fine and really enjoy yourself.
I have really enjoyed compiling my blogs and have learned so much already. I enjoy taking films and photographs and now take my camera everywhere (well nearly) with me.
Whilst blogging I have had the privilege of communicating with may other wonderful bloggers and getting to know them and share their experiences.. its a fun and welcoming place to be.......
I was very nervous myself at first, but decided to throw caution to the wind and make my first tentative blogging steps and so far I have not been disappointed.
Have a great weekend.. Looking forward to seeing you in blogland very soon.

Thanks Jane, I feel at home already! You have inspired me to get my camera out more, so I'm going to take some pics of my animals, ready to put on a blog!

lovely video of the animals together, they look so at ease with each other. Perhaps I'll show it to our Vickie dog later and try to persuade her not to chase our cats.

I am glad you already feel at home, it really is a nice place to be isn't it.. I really enjoy myself and it can occupy you for hours!! I have to ration myself has I would never get anything done!!

Hi glanbrydan, thank you for the lovely comment. Basil is fine with our cats but our next door neighbour has two cats and Basil adores chasing them out of the garden. On the other hand next doors cats and our cats get on really well together. I even caught Bold our ginger cat waiting outside next doors cat flap.. he would be far too timid to venture in so I am convinced he was waiting for one of them to come out and play!!
