Please could you help me to identify this plant. I discovered it whilst walking Basil around the fields. I think that it looks like rhubarb, but a couple of friends of mine think it could be a form of wild rhubarb that may not be edible... but no one is completely positive, so thought I would ask all you lovely people . As much as I love the thought of some rhubarb crumble and custard I would not risk picking and cooking it though, an upset stomach or worse is not very appealing!!
Nevertheless it would be wonderful to be able to satisfy the curiosity of my friends and myself as to what this plant really is..... can you help???
